In groups of 3
24 Rounds (8 each) working round for round as a train
Person A:
5 Power Clean and Jerk 50/35kg
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Partner B:
150m Run
Partner C: Rests
Work as a train. Each station must be finished before moving on.
Then as a team complete
120 burpees
One athlete must be holding the barbell at the top of the deadlift at all times for reps to count.
Athlete not working must be standing out of the way.
