15 Minute EMOM

Min 1: 10 Push Press 50/35kg

Min 2: 20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

Min 3: 10 Front Squats

Min 4: 20 Kettlebell Goblet Lunges

Min 5: Rest

After each movement complete max effort Double Unders.
