30 Crunch Side to side heel taps
20 Gymnastics Crunches
30 Seated double leg lifts (arms behind you to balance lift legs together off ground but do not let heels touch)
Gymnastics EMOM 5/5/20 (3 Rounds for reps)
9 Minute EMOM
Min 1: Donkey Kicks/ Handstand Hold
Min 2: Stadler Leg Lifts
Min 3: Russian Push-ups/ Plank hold
Pick a number or time to try and stick to for 3 sets of each movement.
