200 Wall balls @ 10/7 kg ,while partner does 20m lunge walk shuttles
100 pull ups, while partner is in handstand hold
50 box jump overs each @ 24/20 inch, 2 at a time
25 Kettlebell Clean and Press @ 24/16 kg each arm together, can not change arms till both partners have completed 25
