Split Jerk (12 Minute E2MO2M)

6 Rounds increasing weight each 2 minutes

In 2 Minutes

2 x Power Clean

2 x Front Squat

2 x Split Jerk

The Calm down (No Measure)

Frog legs, low reach- side, middle, side

Hip rocker. On back, knees to chest, rock side to side
