Run 300m together
100m Partner carry
100 Alternating Ball Sit ups 7kg
1600 m run with ball 7kg ( 4 x 400m )
Move 5000kg from ground to over head ( ie 40/60 kg 50 reps each or 25/25 kg 100 reps each)
30 Minute cap
