3 front squats
2 Push Press
18/07/2018 4 x 4 – 1 minute EMOM (4 Rounds for reps)
4 rounds of 4 x 1 minute work: 30 second rest
Min 1: 10 chest to bar pull-ups
Min 2: 10 power snatch
Min 3: 10 toes to bar
Min 4: 10 power clean and jerk
After finishing movements complete max effort kettlebell swings. This is your score.
