Bullrush. Tag – 2 burpees /5 squats

In groups of 3
150 bench press 60/40kg
400m Dumbell and ball carry
150 toes to bar
400m Dumbbell and ball carry
150 back squats 70/50kg
400m Dumdbell and ball carry
150 pull-ups
400m Dumbell and ball carry
*Top of every 3 minutes all partners must complete 5 burpees excluding if on run*
At all times 1 team mate must be holding X2 dumbbells in a farmers carry hold.
On the run one partner holds two dumbbells 22.5/15kg overhead, one rests and one partner holds a med ball 9/7kg
