12 power cleans 70/45kg

12 front squats

12 push jerk

10 toes to bar

10 chest to bar pull-ups

10 bar muscle ups/ strict pull-ups

Partners work 3 for 3 in the lifts and 5 for 5 in gymnastics

In remaining time max effort (1 for 1)200m sprints (seperate score)

40 minute cap for both

23/11/19 partner sprints (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max effort 200m sprints (1 for 1) in time remaining after workout is complete
