Back Squat (15 Minutes 5 x 5 with 2 second pause (off ground)

2 Second pause at bottom of each squat

Barbell Free Legs 15 Minutes (No Measure)

20 Weighted slow controlled sumo Deadlifts

20 Heels elevated Knees together weighted slow controlled squats

20 weighted Bulgarian Split Squats (10 each leg)

20 elevated hip thrusts

27/04/2020 Iso (5 Rounds for reps)

5 x 3 Minute AMRAPS

3 Power Cleans/ Object ground to shoulder

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 3 Minutes
