In groups of 3 complete
365 Burpees
Every 5 Minutes a ROADBLOCK will be drawn from the hopper that all or in some cases 1 team mate must complete.
i.e. Road block: 400m Run. Partners A and B continue burpees (1 works 1 rests) while Partner C runs 400m.
i.e. 20 Synchro Lunges….all partners complete lunges then carry on.
*So listen CAREFULLY when the roadblock is called or “thats just bad luck isnt it”…*
