10 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 snatches

M: 50-lb. dumbbell / 24-in. box
F: 35-lb. dumbbell / 20-in. box
Time cap: 20 minutes
22.5kg/ 15kg Dumbells
– Snatch must be fully locked out overhead alternating arms.
– both sides of the dumbell must touch to count. (swap of hands for touch and go on way down is ok)
– Burpees must be performed on the line facing the box. Feet and hands on either side. Chest MUST touch the ground every rep.
– Two foot Jump.
– The arm not being used may not touch the body whilst performing the snatch
