Crossfit Teens: 800m Stores Carry Run (No Measure)

Time is running out. All that stands between you and the zombies is a wall made of equipment. In teams of 4 race to save the world by working together swapping as required to carry all of the equipment to reinforce the zombie wall and fight the battle.

Crossfit Teens: Snatch (No Measure)

With Sticks- 3 positions

-High Hang shrug

– hang- M and Y turn over. Armpits forward.

-shins- slow then fast.
