30 minute AMRAP
-30 pull-ups (all the times you raise eachother up)
-30 hang power snatch 40/30kg (6am humour)
-30 double dumbbell burpee box step overs (getting over any hurdles life sends your way)
-30 ball pass sit-ups (because balls)
-200m farmers carry 2×22.5/15kg dumbbells (life is just better when you can share the load)
