Hang Power Clean (15 minutes to find a heavy)

08/10/2019 partner Burpee DT Run (Time)

In partners 10 rounds

12 Deadlifts 50/35 kg

9 Hang Power cleans 50/35 kg

6 Shoulder to overhead 50/35 kg

Partner One completes a round while Partner Two completes 10 burpees. Both must be finished before swapping.

Then 3x 400m sprints (1 for 1)
