Bearmas eve (AMRAP – Rounds)

In partners 40 minute AMRAP

bear complex 60/40kg (1 for 1)

*Every 20 reps both partners complete

– 20 synchro burpees to plate
Bear complex:

1 squat clean

1 push press

1 back squat

1 behind the neck push press

The Calm down (No Measure)

Frog legs, low reach- side, middle, side

Hip rocker. On back, knees to chest, rock side to side
