At the end of 3 rounds run 100m

Partner Saturday (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

30 Minute AMRAP

50 Burpee Box Jump

50 Toe to Bar

50 Med Ball Clean

50 Push up

50 Kettle bell Swing

All one for one
Burpee Box jump One for one

Toe to bar 5 reps each while second partner holds

Med ball 5 reps each while second partner holds

Push ups one for one rest in hold

Kettle bell 24 / 16 kg one for one rest in hold
