Barbell Free Buns and Ham (No Measure)

10 Deficit Object dead-lifts

20 Elevated Hip thrusts (weight optional)

20 Weighted Reverse Lunge (10 each leg then swap)

10 Weighted Good Mornings

07/05/20 (5 Rounds for reps)

5 x 3 Minute Rounds

200m Run/ 50 Mountain climbers

40m Object Carry

20 Sumo Dead-lift high pull

Max effort Kettlebell/ Object swings
