Down Frog to Calf raise on to toes
Hip rolls while on hands & knees-right angles
3 10 sec glute bridge

20 Weighted Floor Sweepers
20 Plank Jump Outs
20 Alternating Gymnastics Crunches
20 V-ups
Max Effort Russian Twists
Deadlift (12 Minutes 4 x 3 with 2 second pause below knees)

10 Deficit Stiff leg deadlift
10 Single leg elevated hip thrust / Glute bridge each leg
30 Second extended hamstring plank
