Stamina Squats (15 Minutes 5 x 8 – Increase as wish)

3 Front Squats immediately into 5 Back Squats from ground

30 Ball Squat Cleans to Shoulder alt sides

20 Ball Lunge with ball on shoulder

40 Strict Handstand Push-ups/ Strict Press with 2 x Dumbbells/ Kettlebells

20 Ball Lunge

30 Ball Squat Clean to shoulder

800m Run

25 Minute Cap
