10 lunge with torso twist

Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)
10min EMOM
Minute 1: 10 power clean with object/ground to shoulder
Minute 2: 15 Object squats
Minute 3: 10 push press with object
Minute 4: 10 Object Deadlifts
Minute 5: Rest in Hollow hold small sets
