80 chest to bar pull-ups
60 squat cleans 70/45kg
40 strict handstand push-ups
20 clusters
*Top of every 3 minutes both partners must complete 10 burpees then carry on
Squat Clean Thruster (1 x 1)
Take 12 minutes after completing workout to find a heavy squat clean thruster as a pair.
