36 Minute Partner AMRAP
Partner A 10 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP Hang Power Snatch 50 / 35 kg
Switch and repeat.
Each person only Burpees once and Snatch once.
Partner A 10 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP Push Press 50 / 35 kg
Switch and repeat.
Each person only Burpees once and Push Press once.
Partner A 10 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP Back squats 50 / 35 kg from floor
Switch and repeat.
Each person only Burpees once and squats once.
Partner A 10 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP Toe to Bar
Switch and repeat.
Each person only Burpees and Toe to Bar once.
Partner A 10 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP Clean and Jerk 50 / 35 kg and repeat.
Each person only Burpees once and Power Clean and Jerk once.
If above is completed in less than 28 minutes, start over and continue until 36 minute cap.
