30 minute EMOM
Choose 5 different movements. They should take no more than 45 seconds to complete. How hard/gassy this wod is is up to you. CHECK movements with Whit first. There will be ONE rest minute.
Whits EMOM
1: 6 toes to bar into 6 chest to bar pull-ups
2: 2 snatch 55kg
3: 5 bar muscle ups
4: 3x segmented snatch pull
5: 4 ring muscle ups
6: Chillax
Whits EMOM is more about skill. If you want cardio think about the bikes/rowers/running/burpees/skipping .
