Kids land with chest on bar, elbows bent and press to arms locked out
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
4 x broad jumps
6 x mountain climbers
8 x air squats
2 x jumping bar muscle ups
Hot Potato (No Measure)
Create a circle
Kids sit in the bottom of the squat
Pass the wall ball around the group when the music stops the ball holder has to do 2 burpees
