In groups of 3 vs Dweeb heads. Sub in 3 new teens each round. Coxy and Sir keep going.
1) 50 burpees
2) 100 front squats 40/20kg
3) 50 push-ups/ handstand push-ups
4) 100 kettlebell swings
5) 50 power clean and jerk 60/30kg
6) 100 calorie row
7) 50 burpees
