Team Workout
Buy in 100 Pull ups
1 wall climb together
at start of ever minute
Then AMRAP till 30 minutes
400m Farmers carry two team members at one time (every change
20 Air Squats)
100m Tyre Flip and Jump Through in a train.
08/06/2015 Finisher (AMRAP – Reps)
Finisher at the end of 30 minutes
400m Partner carry (ever change 10 Push ups at end)
