Front squat

6 X 2 work to a 2 rep max

Workout in pairs

50 jumping pull-ups

Then 20 rounds of

6 deadlifts (light)

5 hang cleans

4 burpees over the bar

Partner a works while partner B completes 20 skips

Then

100 sit-ups

Break

Break away groups

Gymnastics- wall climbs focus on hollow position

1 wall climb and hold Tabata

L sits
