Overhead Squat (15 minutes for a heavy)

Ethan grows up (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

18 minute AMRAP

Buy in 1km run

Then AMRAP remaining time

10 pullups

10 power clean and jerk 50/35kg

10 burpees over bar
