Hang Power Clean (15 minutes to find a heavy)

In partners 10 rounds
12 dumbbell deadlifts
9 dumbbell hang squat cleans
6 dumbbell shoulder to overhead
One partner completes a round while partner 2 completes 10 burpees. Both must be finished before swapping.
Then 3x 400m sprints (1 for 1)
