100 bench press 60/40kg
100 pullups
100 handstand push-ups
100 wall balls 10/7kg
* every swap/ break in set = 5 burpees-must be completed by both partners*
*If partners cannot get sets of 10 of the movements out reduce rep scheme to suit*
Then
6x 200m runs with wallball (3 each)
No runs. Cut
