7 minutes burpees teens (AMRAP – Reps)
7 minutes of burpees to a 6″ target
Rx + burpee pull-ups
Hang Power Clean (Every 30 Seconds for 6 minutes)
1 hang Power Clean/ 1 Front Squat
Teens round for round (Time)
In pairs 4 rounds
30 wall-balls
30 sit-ups
30 push-ups
30 knee raises /toes to bar
200m run with ball
One works one rests
