30 sec Inch Worms
30 sec Star Jumps
30 Sec Slow Controlled Squat
At the end of 3 rounds run 100m
Partner saturday 1 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
4 x 10 m sprints each
Then 12 Minute AMRAP
40 Front Squats 50/35kg
40 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg
40 Ball Slam
40 Push up
40 Med Ball Sit ups
40 Burpee

4 x 10 m sprints each
