Hip rolls while on hands & knees-right angles

3 10 sec glute bridge

Toes-To-Bar (Every 30 sec Pick a rep No. and hold for 3 Min)

Strict Pull up (Every 30 sec Pick a rep No. and hold for 3 Min)
