5x at 75%

5x at 80%

Spend ten minutes warming up. Once at working sets superset back squats with 3-5 box jumps 32/30″ focusing on power.

2 toe to bar

20 Double Unders

4 front squats 50/35 kg

4 toe to bar

20 Double Unders

*Add 2 reps per round. Double Unders remain at 20*
