Back Squat (15 Minutes 3 x 5 Pause @ 60%)

5 pause squats

Pause at bottom 2 sec, come to 1/2, back to bottom then up

For Time

3 Rounds

400m Together

25 Clapping Push ups Together

50 Partner Wall Balls 10/7 kg

Then

6 x 400m Run 1 : 1 Ratio

25 Min Cap
