15 Minutes- Snatch Technique (No Measure)

Spend 15 Minutes working on snatch technique with your coaches.

This is not for going heavy it is for getting used to moving again under barbells and moving WELL.

Warm-up (No Measure)

5 x Clean Pull

5 x High Hang clean fast elbows

5 x Power Clean

5 x Clean

5 x Split Jumps

5 x eye level Split Jerks

5 x Split Jerks

15 Minutes- Clean and Jerk Technique (No Measure)

Spend 15 Minutes working on clean and jerk technique.

Aim is not weight. The aim is good movement.

Barbell Free Option (Time)

5 Rounds

400m Run

20 Burpees
Warm up: 3 x

10x Leg Swings each side

10 Calf Pumps

10 Jumping Jacks
