10 Minute AMRAP
-3 Synchronized Burpee Box-Jump Overs 24/20″
-3 Synchronized Deadlifts 102/70kg
-6 Synchronized Burpee Box Jump Overs
-6 Synchronized Deadlifts
Add 3 Reps per Set….
* Synchronization must occur when chests touch the ground in the burpees and at the top of the deadlift. *
If one athlete completes a bmu but the other fails both athletes must begin the rep again for it to count

– Dumbell Snatches 22.5/15kg
– Bar Muscle-ups
* Athletes must synchro at the top of the snatch and at the top of the muscle Up for the rep to count.
