-22 Front Rack Lunges 62/41kg (date)

Then

41 kettlebell swings 32/24kg (the swinging times)

41 burpees (and the down and up times)

4 rounds

-11 power clean and jerks 62/41kg (month)

-17 toes to bar (date)

41 minute cap 💚
