25 Minutes in partners alternating complete 3 x Bear complex

1 x Power Clean

1 x Front Squat

1 x Push Jerk

1 x Back Squat

1 x BTN Push Jerk

Pick any weight , score is total weight added up of completed 3 rounds lifted.

If can not hold on for 3 rounds that weights does not count and both partners run 200m
