800m Sand bag run together – Shared
Lucky dip task from coach on return
Run together to Scout Hall stairs-20 laps each up and down.

200m Kettlebell Carry – 4 Kettlebells
Lucky dip task from coach
400m buddy carry- 1 person must be off the ground at all times
Final Lucky dip
Every team gets 1x Power Play Card to play on any team they wish at any time in the workout.
