Ball out- 6 scissors
Other team goal- 10 hip thrusts (whole team)
Ball above shoulders- 2 Wall twerks
The Grizz (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In a threesome for 30 minutes
*Buy in 69 double jump plank burpees
Then AMRAP
10 Pull ups
10 Push press 50/35kg
10 Lunges
10 Kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
Partner A does amrap while partner B runs 400m. Partner C rests.
When partner B returns rotate.
Amrap continues where each partner left off.
