Min 1: 10 reps poison plus 20 double unders
Min 2: 2reps poison plus 8 burpees
Min 3: 10 reps poison plus 20 double unders
Min 4 : choice poison plus 15 situps
*Rotate through for 6 rounds each*
Today is a skill work session. Choose 4 weaknesses/ strength elements/ movements you want to work on. Rep scheme should be unbroken and allow time to complete the prescribed movement.
This is entirely optional. Feel free to do any workout/ skill/ strength work you wish.
