40 Pick up the esky and put it in the ute
20 Your Coldie ran out so bloody get another
At the bottom of every 4 Minutes complete 10 Synchro Catch the Crocs then carry on

80 Kettlebell Swings
60 Toes to Rings
40 Squat clean and Jerks
20 Bar Muscle Ups/ Strict pull ups
bottom of every 4 Minutes complete 10 Synchro burpees
